1:1 Peer Wellbeing Support

Calm, nature-based support for people navigating difficult seasons of life throughout Parramatta and Western Sydney.

Wild Reflections offers gentle, one-on-one peer wellbeing support grounded in lived experience, human connection and emotional wellbeing.

This is a supportive space for people who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted or unsure how to move forward.

Through calm conversation, nature and genuine connection, sessions provide space to slow down, reflect, rebuild confidence and reconnect with yourself and everyday life.

A Different Kind of Support

This is not a clinical or high-pressure environment.

Support takes place in calm outdoor and community settings where people often feel more relaxed, comfortable and able to engage naturally.

There’s no pressure to “perform,” explain everything perfectly or have life figured out.

We simply start where you are.

Support is flexible, person-centred and guided by your comfort level and pace.
